The Core Values of UW Ultimate
This set of principles, the Core Values of UW Ultimate, we hold above all else. These are the values
upon which UW Ultimate was founded, and in almost two decades, these continue to be the things that matter most.
1. Support Your Teammates:
- Always support your teammates as your brothers.
- Constructive criticism is on the sidelines and offered in a positive
fashion.
- Never talk down a teammate.
2. Respect Your Opponents, the Game and Yourself
- Always play with integrity, pride and the highest level of sportsmanship.
- Respect both good teams and bad, fun teams and jerks.
- Abide by the rules and the "Spirit of the Game."
3. Play Hard and Have Fun
- On or off the field give everything you have.
- Never give up.
- Never hesitate.

incredible opportunity
to play
college
ultimate and realize that we all play this game to have fun, hang out with
our teammates, coaches, the shenanigans, the competition, the pursuit
of "the show", the outdoors and the sport.
